How do I sign up for a Wash Club Membership?

You can sign up through our mobile app. Need help? Our friendly team is always ready to assist!

How often can I wash with a membership?

Automatic Wash Memberships: Once per day, every day
Dog Wash Club Membership: Once per week, 10 minutes per visit
Self-Serve Bay Membership: Once per day, 10 minutes per visit

Do you offer a dog wash membership?

Yes! Our Dog Wash Club is just $35/month and includes one 10-minute session each week.
Or upgrade to the Yeti Club for $49/month — includes unlimited Glacier Plus car washes plus 2 dog washes per month.

When will I be billed for my Wash Club Membership?

Your membership is billed monthly on the anniversary date of your sign-up.

How do I cancel my Wash Club Membership?

You can cancel at any time via the app or by speaking with a team member. No contracts, no pressure.

What vehicles are allowed in the automatic wash?

Our touchless wash is safe for most cars, trucks, and SUVs under 84 inches tall. Avoid entering with loose aftermarket parts, rusted areas, or rear-mounted racks. Not sure? Ask us before you wash.

What happens if I get a new license plate or car?

Simply update your vehicle info through the Glacier app, or stop by and we’ll be happy to assist.

Can I use a credit card or mobile payment?

Yes — credit cards are accepted for memberships and single washes.
For dog wash and mat wash stations, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted.

What’s your rain or snow policy?

We’re open 24/7, but in cases of extreme weather like ice or unsafe driving conditions, we may temporarily close for safety. Follow us on social media for updates.

Are the vacuums free?

Yes! Free vacuums are included with any top-tier wash purchase or Automatic Touchless Membership.

Is the car wash safe for electric vehicles?

Absolutely. Our touchless system is EV-safe and paint-protective, with no brushes or rails to damage your ride.

What’s included in the dog wash?

Each self-serve station includes:

Warm water at a comfortable 98°F
Shampoo, conditioner, and flea protection
Built-in dryer
Open daily from 7 AM – 10 PM — no appointment necessary

Do you use eco-friendly products?

Yes! We’re proud to be eco-conscious. Our water-saving systems and biodegradable soaps are safe for vehicles, pets, and the planet.

Do you offer discounts for first responders, teachers, school staff, or veterans?

Yes! We proudly support our community heroes. First responders, teachers, school staff, and veterans are eligible for special discounts. Just ask a team member at our location — we’ll be happy to assist you and apply the discount at checkout. Don’t forget to bring a valid ID or badge for verification.
